Aside from that, you can get them from completing the floors, beating the game, killing enemies, and collecting crates—although the rewards can seem underwhelming for the amount of effort. If you're a member of the Synthic Studios community, you can also claim 500 daily Credits from the Group Crate in the lobby.

It's a glitch! As long as you get the confirmation pop-up, your Credits should be fine, and you can spend them in the shop. The counter just fails to display them sometimes.
