How to Get Short Alchemist in Anime Last Stand
Short Alchemist was added with the Full Metal Alchemist Update and drops in the newly added Siege Mode. To get this, you need to queue Xerxes Ruins Act 1 and complete 50 waves. Each full clear gives a 10% drop chance for Short Alchemist.
There is a pity of 12 completions that guarantees the unit if it has not dropped yet. Also, the Short Alchemist is a Celestial rarity unit and can later be evolved to Ultimate. Even if your luck is bad, clearing Siege modes will guarantee the unit within the pity window.
