In the Hunty Zombie Update 1.5, a new weapon arrived in the game, the Scythe. However, unlike most other weapons, you can't obtain it via rerolls, but by completing a simple quest. Where to Get the Scythe Weapon in Hunty Zombie
To get the Scythe weapon in Hunty Zombie, you'll need to talk to the Scythe Event NPC located in the middle of the spawn. The NPC will have the same look as you. Once you interact with it, it will show you the Scythe obtainment menu. You'll need $1,000,000 and to be Level 10+ to claim the Scythe. The Scythe will be available until 5 September 2025, 18:30 CET.

We haven't tested it much yet, but the Scythe so far seems like a really strong contender to be the best melee weapon in the game.
No, you can't get the Scythe any other way but by completing the event quest.
Whether or not the Scythe will be obtainable via regular rolls is still unknown. So, if you want to be sure you'll have it, it's best you grind that $1M right now and buy it while the event is on.
