What happens during the Flower Festival in Rune Factory 5?

Do not host it; we're serious!

Rune Factory 5 is a resource-allocation game through and through, and this includes the number and kind of festivals you want to host. By talking to Eliza in SEED HQ, you’ll be able to initiate festivals in Rigbarth for a number of SEED points. Among its options is the very vaguely described Flower Festival, which happens on the 19th of Spring.

The Flower Festival is the day where the Cherry Blossom trees are in full bloom. You can invite your partner on a date before the festival and you’ll be able to watch the trees together. It’s a very sweet event and will allow the two of you to grow closer once it's over. At least three dates are also needed before you can propose to your partner, among other requirements.

Since you either have to be married or dating the other resident to enjoy the Flower Festival, hosting it on Year one is not recommend. Put those directive points into other things you definitely need, such as licenses and storage expansions. Some items or renovations at Studio Palmer also need said points to make.

SEED points are earned by completing requests and missions. So subjugate those monsters and frequently check the request board.
